We’ve been following the new Brave browser which promises to provide you better and safer browsing experience by blocking advertisements and trackers and revolutionize the way people support their most favored web sites and Youtubers. We’ve been following the development of the browser and the evolution of the Brave Payments for quite some time now and this blog was a confirmed Brave publisher for nearly a year now. Sadly, according to our experience it appears Brave does need a lot of work in making their Brave Payments feature really usable and the tokens available in the hands of many individuals as a way for them to use them.
It’s not really that the company has not been attempting to do it, it’s just appears that there’s a lot more work still left to do according to our own experience. For nearly a year being part of the Brave movement we’ve received a staggering 2.07 BAT tokens as a contribution form our readers, something we are thankful for, but at less than a dollar value of total it is hardly something that can help us remove traditional ads for now.
The most recent effort by Brave to promote their browser is aimed at content creators like us that may promote the Brave browser to their subscribers and possibly get more tokens in return if the users maintain utilizing the software. So if you’ve not yet tried the Brave browser you may like to give it a go and if you want it, you might also support us in this way.
